Shipping & Returns
Where does Pelotan ship to?
When ordering on usa.pelotan.cc we ship to all US states with the exception of Hawaii. When ordering on pelotan.cc, we ship to the UK and European Union.
US Shipping Details
We ship all orders 3-5 business days.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over $60.
Pelotan dispatches orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order and another once it has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund as long as your items are unused, in their original packaging and returned within 28 days of receipt.
Please note, unwanted items are returned at your own expense.
If your goods arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will fix this for you if you email us here.
